With the beginning of a new year, we make plans. We set goals.

And it’s marvellous.

Clear goals are the key to long-term results. Without some idea and purpose of where we are heading, we could easily lose the drive to get up in the morning.

Yet, don’t forget: throughout the year, you change. You evolve.

You get to wake up one day and decide to be somebody else. To study a different subject. To change career. To embark on a new journey. To say no. To show more love for yourself.

You get to change. It is a necessity.

And change makes life worthwhile.

One chapter ends so that a new page can be written.

People leave so that you can appreciate who you are on your own.

Life teaches us to let go to let something new in.

Since you set goals, you want the change. You want to get from A to B.

Well, you won’t be able to get there without some sacrifices. You need to declutter your space and eliminate burdens to feel lighter and revitalized.
