I have recently rejoined Instagram and increased my activity. It felt good with first dopamine hits, however, I after a while my mood deteriorated drastically despite regular meditations and time in solitude. Now, I make regular breaks from Instagram and use it as a promotional tool, instead of scrolling mindlessly through the feed.
