We have learnt to rely on what we already know. It makes us feel safe. It makes us feel comfortable.

We cling to old lifestyles, and family expectations, feeling frustrated because deep down we want to follow our own paths. Yet, we fear making a step into the unknown.

The unfamiliar seems fearful and wrong. Yet, the unknown is where the magic happens.

Uncertain times can cause us to feel stressed, but only if we allow it. We have been programmed this way. We seek security to survive.

Survival is our top priority when fear overwhelms you. Creation takes the back seat. When your body is afraid, there is no potential for creating the new.

But when we embrace the fear, we can step outside the comfort zone and focus on creating the life we want.

Security Is An Illusion.

Your anxiety can prompt you to jump from one task to the next.

The mind tricks you into believing that you can prevent disaster or unexpected twists of events by accomplishing one more thing.

Nothing can be further from the truth.
